Check out this webpage. It's a work in progress, and mostly about Allison, and my battle for custody of her. Currently, altough her mother Daniela Leimone, aka. Daniela Hasel, has full legal custody, I have joint physical custody, and Allison is with me three out of seven days a week. Allison says her mother usually leaves her with her maternal grandmother Sonja Hasel or some woman named 'Mary'. My daughter and I are very close, and spend all the time the Family Court has given us together, and I do expect that in the relatively near future, she'll be with me most of the time. It only makes sense, since her mother usually just leaves her with other people, and the law is clear that in this situation, the right of the child is to be with her other parent if available, and I'm available.
Daniela's latest attempt to have me criminally charged for 'domestic violence' failed miserably, and the State dropped the charges exactly a month after Allison's birthday. Just one week before that, her mother's lawyer, Zubair Aslamy, had to admit to the Family Court that he had no clue what was going on with our case, and everything he'd done for her was thrown out of court due to the Superior Court lacking jurisdiction over it. So was all of my stuff except one thing: My petition to have Daniela held accountable for all the times she's deprived Allison of her father. This would be her custodial kidnapping from May 5th, 2004 to August 11th, 2004, and the various times Daniela and her third parties refused to release Allison to my third parties in late 2004 and early 2005 because Daniela was more concerned about serving me an improperly obtained Order of Protection than fufilling her legal obligation to facilitate Allison's relationship with me, her father. The televised event of August 25th, 2004, where Daniela falsely accused me of kidnapping and I was arrested in front of Allison when I legally had physical custody will also be brought before the Court. Judge Houser gave me 20 days to add all these things to my petition, and then we're going to be going forward with a trial on that. I'm going for make-up time with Allison, which will total about 50 days. Check back here to find out how it all works out.
