Result's - HWA
WALK'A'BOUT:
After commercials we are taken to the promotional screen for Bravo TV. Voiceover: And now fasten your seat belts for the next thirty minutes as we have highlights from the HWA's return show...it's the Rumble. The scene fades out to a black picture. We return with the camera looking diagonally downwards over the HWA squared circle. As the camera's begin to roll the whistle's and cheer's begin to full the arena before we cut to a promo. The promotion video shows highlights from the past, including a video of when The Shocker became the first HWA Champion ever, Hardcore Addict's antics, and various other highlights. We return to the ringside with the Hardcore Wrestling Association's ring announcer stood in the ring...it's the one and only Shocker. As he raises the microphone to his mouth the crowd let out a cheer and he smiles. Shocker: Weeellllcome everyonnnnne to sunny California....weeellllcome everyone to the Anaheim Pond....welllllcome everyone to the HWA, and welcome everyone to the Grand Rumble. We cut to the commentary team. John Travis: Ha, ha...yes, it's true...the HWA back in action, and I'd like to take this time to thank Bravo for their air time as we look to crown a new heavy-weight Champion. The Shocker goes over the rules: Shocker: And now...let's take this time to see who's drawn number one..... King's of wrestling begins to play over the speakers: Travis: Oh, I think we know who this is...Paul Taylor, what do you make of this? Hardcore Addict: Get it right Travis, it's Hardcore Addict...and this guy looks a bruiser. Travis: A bruiser? He beats up kids for fun... Out steps Hall from the curtain to a round of boo's from the crowd. It doesn't phase him as he cockily struts down to the ring. He enters and has a confident smirk for the crowds. Shocker: And lets see who's drawn number two... Pain is heard playing over the PA: Lee 'Blaze' Bass comes running out from the entrance and storms the ring. The bell rings as he spears Hall down to the ground and begins unloading. It doesn't take long until Hall rolls him over though and starts reversing the firsts. Hall tries to get back to his feet but Bass holds onto him. Hall grabs bass by the throat and forces him back to his feet. Hall goes to swing a right hand only Bass ducks and responds with a kick to the midsection. Bass hits him with a right hands before running against the ropes...as he gets towards Hall, Hall fires a vicious stiff clothesline to Bass knocking him instantly to the ground. Travis: Did you hear that? What power. Hall shakes his head and gets himself back together. Hall then scoops up Bass and instantly executes the Death from Hall. Hall wipes the sweat from his head before tossing Lee Bass's limp body over the top rope and eliminating him. The crowd boo. Addict: I love it! As Hall stands in the ring arrogantly looking on at the entrance way, Bad to the bone hits and out steps Necro Butcher. He runs down to the ring and he and hall begin exchanging blows. The Butcher gets Hall on the back foot and whips him off the ropes...lowers his head, but bang...Hall kicks him in the face. Butcher staggers back against the ropes and Hall nails him with a running clothesline...Butcher goes flying over the top rope...but wait...he's hold on and slid back in under the bottom rope. Hall stands on The Butcher's throat and uses the ropes for leverage. Hall scoops him up and throws him into the corner. As Hall begins stomping away at him in the corner Starfuckers can be heard and out comes the Car Wreck to the ring. Hall is still stomping away at The Butcher as the Car Wreck enters the ring. Without though Car Wreck starts nailing Hall in the back of the head. Hall turns around stunned and Car Wreck arm drags him into the centre of the ring. Car Wreck bounces onto the middle rope and flies at Hall with a missile drop-kick that sends Hall flying underneath the bottom rope and out of the ring to an amazing pop from the crowd. Car Wreck gets the crowd going and then goes over to the Butcher. He goes to whip Butcher to the opposite turnbuckle...reversed...as Car Wreck hits the turnbuckle he jumps to the top rope and executes a back flip that lands behind the Butcher...as Butcher turns around, SMACK...drop kick. Tearing away is heard over the speakers and Armageddon begins to make his way to the ring. Hall is buying his time outside the ring as Car Wreck is unloading on the Butcher. The Butcher starts to fight back on Car Wreck, nailing him with a forearm smash. As The Butcher turns around he is nailed with a big boot to the face from Armageddon...The Butcher goes flying over the top and is eliminated. Car Wreck charges towards Armageddon, but Armageddon catches him and nails him with a sidewalk slam. Armageddon places Car Wrecks head into the powerbomb position and gives a single to the crowd. Just as he's about to lift him Hall has crept back into the ring and clotheslines him in the back of the head. Hall continues pummelling away at Armageddon and then Car Wreck comes over to assist. As Car Wreck also starts to hit Armageddon, Hall nails him in the chops with a slap that knocks Car Wreck to the ground. Now Armageddon begins to fight back...both he, and Hall exchanging right hands. Car Wreck begins to run at the two, and in one amazing double team moment Car Wreck is sent flying over the top and is eliminated as both men executed a double back drop. Travis: Jesus, we may need a medic down here. Speedfreak is heard over the PA and Ka-Ran makes his way to the ring. Armageddon has Hall in the corner. Ka-Ran comes over and they begin double teaming Hall. The two send him to the ropes and hit a double clothesline. As Ka-Ran smiles at Armageddon...Armageddon responds with a vicious thrust to the throat sending Ka-Ran to the canvas. Armageddon scoops up Ka-Ran and hits another sidewalk slam in the centre of the ring. Hall is cowering in the corner begging Armageddon not to attack him. As he begins to walk over to Hall, Fury of Hell begins to make his way to the ring. Armageddon grabs Hall by his hair and lifts him up...Armageddon seeks re-assurance from the crowd and as he is about to nail him Fury of Hell attacks Armageddon from behind. Armageddon doesn't seem phased? He turns round and grabs Fury of Hell by the throat...Armageddon then tosses him over the top rope and eliminates him. Addict: Talk about a flying visit. Hall takes advantage by kicking Armageddon where it hurts. Ka-Ran is starting to stir....Hall makes his way over to Ka-Ran and scoops him up in his arms. Hall raises Ka-Ran above his head and is about to throw him over the top when he notices Armageddon getting up...as Armageddon gets to his feet Hall launches Ka-Ran at him...amazingly Armageddon just catches Ka-Ran in mid air and tosses him over the top rope. Hall can't believe his eyes and Armageddon looks pissed. As hall starts to back away Armageddon runs and grabs a hold of him. Bounces Hall off the ropes...big boot! The crowd love it. Hall staggers to his feet and is grabbed by the throat...a vicious choke-slam in the centre of the ring. Just then It's going down begins to play and Jeremy AxeVille steps out from behind the curtain looking very sheepish. Travis: It's the little rich boy...he's going to be in no rush to get down here. AxeVille is walking extremely slowly to the ring as Armageddon is throwing Hall around the ring. Armageddon scoops up Hall and slams him to the canvas. AxeVille sees an opportunity and dashes to the ring catching Armageddon unawares. Armageddon turns around and is quickly hit with the Jeremy Driver. Jeremy AxeVille gets back to his feet and takes a bow with a grin on his face. AxeVille signalls that Armageddon stinks before stomping away at him. Hall comes around and both he and AxeVille are stomping away on Armageddon. The final countdown hits but nobody comes out from behind the curtain. Hall and AxeVille are still double teaming Armageddon when on the Moz Tron a camera backstage captures The Bounty Hunter just getting into his car and leaving the arena. Travis: That was The Bounty Hunter's number...doesn't he want the Title? Hall and AxeVille have Armageddon in the corner. Hall backs off for a breather while Hall is still stomping away. AxeVille pauses for a moment before taking the opportunity to spin Hall around and nail him with a DDT. Jeremy AxeVille is very pleased with himself. AxeVille has Armageddon in the corner and climbs the middle rope...he starts unloading with right hands but only gets 4 nailed off before Armageddon pushes him off. Cocky by Kid Rock hits and out comes Jimmy Thunder. Addict: It's the final four...Hall, Armageddon, Jeremy AxeVille, and Jimmy Thunder. Just as Armageddon is recovering Thunder slides in and decides to pop a shot at him...AxeVille is back to his feet...Thunder executes a drop kick to him. Thunder then goes over to Hall and nails him with a Russian leg sweep. Thunder grabs AxeVille, bounces him off the ropes....back body drop. Armageddon stops him there though with a flying forearm from nowhere. Armageddon picks up AxeVille and goes to toss him over the top...luckily for AxeVille he manages to hold onto the ropes. Thunder charges at Armageddon who catches him in a choke hold...Armageddon lifts Thunder high in the air....and dumps him over the top rope eliminating him. Hall decides to go back at Armageddon, but Armageddon blocks his attempt and nails him with his trademark sidewalk slam. Hall staggers back to his feet and boom....big boot over the top...Hall is ELIMINATED! AxeVille is stood in the middle of the ring and Armageddon stares across at him...Jeremy AxeVille quite clearly gulps with fear. AxeVille is on his knees pleading for his life, but it wont have any affect on what's coming next. Armageddon bounces him off each turnbuckle before clotheslining him to the ground. Armageddon looks around at the crowd and sets AxeVilles head between his legs. Armageddon signals to the crowd and executes the End of Day's to Jeremy AxeVille. Armageddon looks down at him and tells the crowd it's over. As he's about to scoop him back to his feet a voice is heard... "Wait...stop...wait..." Armageddon takes a look up the ramp as a familiar figure steps out. Travis: Well if it isn't the owner...what's he doing here? Addict: Ha, ha...I love him...me and him have quite a history you know...
Mr. Mozza: Ahh...I apologise to everyone for ruining this moment. I just couldn't sit in the back any longer and wait. I'm so excited. (Mozza takes a breath of the air). Oh, it's good to be back...still not sure about you people though (referring to the crowd)...quite an odour in the air. (Armageddon is now leaning on the ropes looking at what Mozza is doing). I'm sorry Armageddon, I just had one of my great ideas. I sat back and saw an opportunity in my office. The final four and decided to make a decision. Firstly, for being runners up, I'm going to reward Hall and Jimmy Thunder a match next week for the Euro-Continental Title...how about that? Secondly...on the same trail of thought...I have decided that since I am in a giving and taking mood, I'm going to STOP this match right here, right now! It's over...there is no new Champion...why? Because I can! Then I thought I've got to give you some credit so have made the decision that next week...Armageddon will face Jeremy AxeVille for the HWA Heavy-weight Championship...that'd done ya' hasn't it? (With that said, Mozza walks off looking pleased with his decisions). Armageddon looks on with a look of anger on his face. As he's stood there, Jeremy AxeVille is back to his feet...he runs up to Armageddon from behind and scoops him over the top rope sending Armageddon to the outside. AxeVille raises his arms in the air and jumps up and down on the spot. That doesn't count as an elimination but AxeVille looks very happy with it. Armageddon is straight back to his feet and climbs back onto the apron. AxeVille quickly rolls under the bottom and climbs the barriers hastily making an exit through the crowd. Armageddon is stood in the ring watching as AxeVille taunts him in the crowd before disappearing. Travis: Well it doesn't count as an elimination...but AxeVille DID throw Armageddon over the top rope...not an official win, but perhaps it will win in the mind games battle...what's going to happen next week as Hall takes on Thunder for the Euro-Continental Title, and AxeVille has to stand face to face with Armageddon for the HWA Title. The scene fades out. |
