Shocker:
The first ever
HWA Champion. Yes, 6 year's ago The Shocker went on an
unbelievable 8 month Title run defeating all comers. The
Shocker was the first person to challenge the establishment Mr.
Mozza had built up around him and was winning.
His
catchphrases would delight crowds. "Mopping the floor
with somebody's faggot ass" was certainly what The Shocker
did best. His run finally came to an end when he was
defeated by somebody who would come perhaps the greatest HWA
competitor of all time...
John
Travis:
The original
Bounty Hunter. John entered the HWA with his gimmick but
it didn't really workout for him. It didn't take John long
to ditch the title and he became plain old John
Travis.
John was
responsible for a lot of the media attention brought to the HWA
through his CNN documentaries. John had a bitter rivalry
with Hardcore Addict that would last for a year until John was
finally victorious and Addict hung up his boots.
With his Title
reign came the takeover. HWA would turn to the TWA as he
forced Mozza out of the company and became 100% owner. The
TWA lasted for 6 months until the roster disbanded and Travis
was left without a fed. He now chooses the quieter life on
the announcers desk.

Addict:
Yes, the one
and only. This is the man that finally defeated The
Shocker in a match that only he could have come up with...the
dreaded 'Armageddon Cell'. It was brutal, it was bloody,
and one man reached his destiny.
Although he
wasn't the prettiest of characters, in fact he was one of the
evilest to ever grace the HWA ring, he too had his own small
band of devoted followers. For months nobody could
challenge him. He went through everybody on the HWA roster
and became an impressive 3 time HWA Champion...more than anybody
else.
