Ok, so I've been ultra-slack on the Blog front as of late.
There are no excuses. I've just been bumming around Wellington, doing and not doing essays (more of the latter than the former though) and generally wasting time doing...time wasting activities.
I might have to change the mission statement on my blog to something like "Updated when I have something interesting to say, or if I feel like it". The first is highly irregular, but sometimes I feel like typing about nothing. I guess to change the mission statement I might need to write an original one to change. Hmm....ok, I'll put up my new mission statement now.
I'm watching Roman Holiday. Aww, good times. It's funny how acting drunk has changed over the years. Audrey Hepburn's attempt seems to be restricted to talking slightly slower than normal and swaying about as if dancing to some sort of swayable beat that we can't hear. N'ah well, it's all in good fun.
Anyway, so I'm back in Wellington now. It's raining outside. My feet are cold but my brain isn't making the connection of putting on slippers. Go brain, get warm! Bah....Ok, I am now slippered up right nice.
As there is nothing new or interesting to report, I shall go. You might want to check out the Quote Book - by the time someone other than me reads this, I will have updated it.

Wow. I'm sucking more than suck at writing these blogs.
My flatties all got a little miffed that this bloggage is not really happening. I don't really have a good excuse. Tiredness, lack of interest in my own blog (which surely points to the fact that others are lacking interest also) and general laziness have all combined to make this blog a non-event.
Marty and Jess are getting married! Sam couldn't care less.
I got 14.something in the geek test which I'm a little bit embarrased about. Bones got 13.something and Katie got a record 0.7something. I want Sam to do it, because then I won't be the highest scorer (Sam will naturally get about 80%)
Law and Order, next on 3. Blah. Nothing to say. Saw Carly today, it's her birthday tomorrow, Hi Carly!
Time to go. I'm tired. Need a shower, sleep, maybe the rest of Being John Malkovich. Mmmm, goodness.

I'm...writing...in...my...blog.
You're probably thinking I'm either very sick or very bored. Neither, actually. Guilt has brought me here today. GUILT!
It has been a perfect Sunday. Almost, anyway. Nothing really was missing, it's just if I say 'perfect' then people automatically assume that I'm one of those 'over-praisers'. I don't want to be. So, almost perfect.
I've watched some good TV - Buffy season 5 - and some good movies (I'm halfway through 'Very Bad Things' and 'Batman Returns' was on TV earlier).
I've tidied, but not cleaned (and there is a big difference), I've caught up with some people (well not really, but I have talked to human-folk today), I like my hair today, and people are bidding on my Trade Me auctions. Woohoo!
Yesterday Katie & I had an experience - a primary school gala. Every time I hear 'gala' I think of Rachel from Friends talking about her 'regatta gala', but thats irrelevant really. Anyways, so Katie & I went to this gala, which was FULL of small children with painted faces running into things. Run run run, spill food and/or drink, cry about it, get more, spill that too, smell bad and make more noise. I have since decided that if I ever have a twinge of desire for a child, I will instead get a dog and put a dress on it. As far as I can see it serves the same purpose. Apparently the gala made Sam WANT children, but only so he can play with Lego. Personally I think I'd much rather suffer the social stigma of being an adult-Legoler than suffering through procreation. Yeack.
What has happened in the last month? Something must have. I went to uni, bought some footstools (which required a lot of work - I'll put in a before & after), I watched a lot of TV (I love Sex & The City, Living the Dream is very funny) and I didn't do a hell of a lot else.
Some people would feel bad about that. I don't.
I also started up beading - which I'm loving. Maybe I'll put some photos up of my..."work"? That sounds far too ridiculous. My jewellery, anyway.
I finally bought my cube, as well. I found one for $2 at the Gala. Regatta gala.
Kate.
