What is Mothers & More?
Mostly, it's a great way to meet your "co-workers" (other moms); form new friendships, exchange ideas
and resources, and resolve that isolated feeling many moms have when they leave the paid workforce.

Local Meeting Information
The Harford County, MD Chapter has over 40 members! You are welcome to attend three activities such as two meetings and one Mom 'n' Tot (or any combination thereof) as our guest before deciding to join. Meetings are without children (exception--infants up to appx. 4 months of age) and childcare is not provided. Give yourself a night out!
We have a fun and relaxing atmosphere where members can participate in as many or as few of the activities that are offered, according to their needs. These activities include:
- Meetings - discussions for all facets of your life as woman, wife, mother and more.
- Playgroups - social opportunities for you and your children
- Support network in times of personal need
- Moms' Night Out - socialize and share your experiences.
- Family Outings
- Community Service Programs - get involved and make a difference.
- Special Interest Clubs - Book Club, Craft Club.
- Moms 'n' Tots activities
- Chapter E-Mail Loop - topical discussions, support information and general community information.
- Cookbook (Have published two editions as of 2004)
- Holiday Parties - Halloween, Christmas, Easter
- Monthly Newsletter
- Seasoned Moms Group
- Care Committee - supporting members in need.
- Leadership Opportunities - a chance to keep skills curent and acquire new ones (see our Board of Director list below).
