Weyrleader L'ral on Bronze Pheylath - Formerly a Fort Weyr Flightleader L�ral is quite delighted with his new position as Weyrleader of Benden. L�ral�s an intense individual who�s very motivated. He�s very vocal about his opinions and tends to take it upon himself to show the �lesser� Weyrs (translation: those who are don�t have access to Benden�s illustrious wine making process) L�ral considers himself a wine connoisseur but in reality he�s just as happy slopping back generic beer to Benden�s finest liqueurs. L�ral has a passion for politics both Weyr and Pern-wide and is often found schmoozing with ranking people of the Northern Continent.
L�ral stands 5�8" tall and has a heavy build. He�s got short short chocolate brown hair that has streaks of grey throughout it. His eyes are a cinnamon brown. L�ral is 32 turns old and delights in flying in as many flights as his bronze Pheylath will allow.
Weyrwoman Pleia on Gold Broilth - Pleia was born and bred at Benden Weyr and her former weyrbrat status is fairly obvious in how she runs the Weyr. Pleia has quite a host of informants around Benden keeping her informed of the latest happenings at Benden. She�s a competent Weyrwoman and does the job well but she�s not very inspired in the position. She tends toward going with well established schedules and doesn�t allow for much deviation from the �norm�. She�s a pleasant woman who loves to gossip with everyone and is often found knitting in the Lower Caverns when she�s not tending to her duties. Unlike her present weyrmate Pleia is completely indifferent to Weyr politics, both inside the Weyr and Pern-wide. This isn�t to say that Pleia isn�t smart she merely prefers to concentrate on her duties, the people of HER Weyr and her hobbies. How Pleia feels about her weyrmates numerous indiscretions no one knows as she either doesn�t know about them (which is unlikely) or she doesn�t care.
Pleia is 5�7" tall and has an average build. Pleia has shoulder length black hair which she tends to wear in short braids. Pleia has expressive hazel (blue/green) eyes and a long nose. (which she is VERY self conscious of). Although Pleia won�t admit to it she�s 36 turns old.
Weyrsecond P'vel on Brown Keroth - P�vel�s a friendly young man of 21 turns. He�s loyal first to his beloved Brown Keroth then to L�ral and Benden Weyr. He�s not the womanizer that L�ral is but finds himself in the company of a myriad of women because of his rank. (which isn�t a bad thing) P�vel is a quiet man who tends to ride the wind-currents of life as they come. He�s a friendly individual but don�t get him angry. He�s got a VICIOUS temper (just sees red and nothing else).
The rumour regarding P�vel is that he was transferred to Benden because he almost killed a bluerider in a fit of rage. P�vel refuses to discuss the incident which prompted him to request a transfer from Ista Weyr and Ista�s Weyrleadership is keeping mum on the whole thing as well. P�vel is also a fairly competitive individual who adores most physical games (including those in the sleeping furs)
P�vel has short curly blonde hair and big black eyes. He�s easy to smile and sports a fairly impressive tan. He is 6�2" and has the body of a 21 turn old athlete.
Weyrwoman Second Treviata on Gold Tyerrath - Treviata is a quiet woman who enjoys the company of a small group of loyal friends. She doesn�t get along well with the Senior Weyrwoman but she does do as she�s told. Trev loves to organize and is often found in the records room transcribing from the older hides. She�s often found in the company of the female greenriders (which Weyrwoman Pleia frowns upon, after all one must keep appearances). She also tends to avoid what she calls �Fawning Syndrome� by not spending a great amount of time with brownriders or bronzeriders. Trev also has an obscure sense of humour and is often stopped by her beloved Gold from getting too carried away with it. She loves to pull pranks on friends. She tends to be fairly formal when it comes to Weyr matters and is a fine representative of Benden.
There�s a rumour that Treviata is having a discreet affair with the Weyrleader but no one will confirm or refute this. Trev refuses to deal with the Weyrs gossips (except the Weyrwoman of course). The rumour continues to circulate around the Weyr because it seems to most of the populace that Weyrwoman Second Treviata goes out of her way to avoid the Weyrleader as much as possible.
Trev is a 29 turn old. She is 5�5" tall and is a little on the chubby side. She has short, spiked sun streaked blonde hair and dark brown eyes. She has wide hips and small breasts (much to her disappointment).

Weyrleader R'zan on Bronze Nokomith - R'zan is a born leader with a flair for oratory that could stir the blood of the most lethargic of dragonriders. Although being an independent individual who won't hesitate to take charge on any matter, he and the Weyrwoman work well together in all of the Weyr matters. The relationship between the two stems out to more than companionship and there were even rumors that there would be a formal wedding to handfast the two. Although, this is only considered to be rumors, it is said that this is the reason why the running of the Weyr has gone so smoothly. R�zan, who has shown to be a very smart man, is aware of the importance to unite all the Weyrleaders of Pern and has taken the first step, along with Mornings Dawn Weyr, in the direction of unity. Although he is viewed as a take charge man, he is quite the genlte romantic to the Weyrwoman's greatest delight.
R�zan is 6�1" tall and has a husky but well toned body. He�s got piercing steel blue eyes and short, short auburn hair. R�zan is 39 turns old.
Weyrwoman Berika on Gold Ahienyth - Berika was born and raised at Fort Weyr. Being quite the tomboy who tended to give all in the Weyr a run for their money as a child, Impressed Gold Ahienyth much to EVERYONE�S, including her own, shock. She�s a direct woman who keeps council with the Weyrleader on most matters. At first glance Berika could quickly be overlooked, her size small, her frame delicate. That is until one looks into her smoky grey eyes and hears her speak. Her inner strength and formidable willpower are obvious when one catches her eye. And the stregnth of her voice tells all that she is very confident of herself. She is completely taken with R�zan and his leadership abilities as he is for her. She takes great pride in knowing that because of the relationship she has with him and the other leaders, Fort Weyr will never fail.
Berika is 5�5" tall and has a lean build. She has short black hair and smoky grey eyes. She has a full mouth and wide set eyes. Berika is 24 turns old.
Weyrsecond I'tan on Bronze Carloth - I�tan is a friendly sort who only is Weyrleader Second because of his Bronzes single-mindedness of catching Cazzi�s Gold Bassirath. I�tan takes very little interest in Weyr matters unless specifically demanded by R�zan. He�s content to hang around and flirt with every female in the Weyr (regardless of age). He�s a good natured man who just doesn�t care about anything except his Bronze and his own pleasures. Even Thread doesn�t really inspire him much but it does Carloth so they fight it with a vengeance.
Because of Carloth�s preoccupation with Bassirath I�tan has settled mostly into domestic bliss (at least until Bassirath�s next flight). He treats his weyrmate Cazzi with respect and defers to her in public, which often makes him the laughing stock of the Lower Caverns, but he doesn�t seem to care.
I�tan is 6�0" tall and could almost be called fat. (that is until some wherry-head actually picks a fight with him then it becomes obvious that he�s far from fat) . I�tan is 40 turns old. He has very little hair left on his head but sports a bushy beard instead. He�s got sienna brown eyes.
Weyrwoman Second Cazzi on Gold Bassirath - Cazzi is a Holdbred woman who had Weyrwomanhood thrust upon her when she Impressed her Bassirath late into her 24th turn. To be honest Cazzi would have been just as content with Impressing a green but Bassirath had other ideas. Cazzi�s hold training has held her in good stead at Fort Weyr. She oversees with the Headwoman the Tithes from the different Holds and keeps the Weyr�s birth records in immaculate order. She�s also the one who makes certain that the youth of Fort are available to be Searched from other Weyrs and fostered to the different holds. She�s a quirky young woman who loves to dig in the ground and is intent on learning how to make fishnets. (no one has asked why). She seems well suited to I�tan.
Cazzi has long blue black hair, which she wears in a tight braid, which she wraps around her head. She has pale green eyes and bushy eyebrows. Cazzi is 30 turns old and she completely DETESTS mating flights.

Weyrleader P'trik on Bronze Eireth - P�trik is the epitome of a Weyrleader. He�s honest, kind and hard working. P�trik is a very selfless individual who more-often-than-not puts the Weyr first and foremost. As a result of this High Reaches Weyr is prospering. P�trik has a passion for sailing when he�s not inspiring his riders in Threadfighting techniques. He�s friendly but gruff and rarely let�s people know how he�s feeling. He�s quite enamoured with Brigid and adores all of his offspring (who are only fostered to his sister so he can visit often) Although he�s got a fabulous sense of humour it�s rarely seen since the onset of Thread.
P�trik is 6�1" tall and has a thin, lean build. He has short grey hair and expressive sea green eyes. He sports a thin moustache and often experiments with differing lengths of sideburns. P�trik is 28 turns old.
Weyrwoman Brigid on Gold Irelanth - Brigid has a brilliant devious mind. She is a Weyrwoman with a very strong sense of the ridiculous and tends to come off as a very flighty person. This is as far from the truth as it could be. Brigid is a clever woman whose strength of will has kept High Reaches as one of the most pivotal political entities on Pern. She�s always on the lookout for possible political trends and �steers� P�trik towards what she feels is best for High Reaches. She loves to dance and insists upon attending at least three Gathers a turn regardless of Thread. She speaks with a husky tenor and never raises her voice. She�s not the most organized of people but is excellent at delegating tasks she needs done.
Brigid is 6�3" tall and is fairly husky in form. She has large breasts and wide hips as well as wide shoulders. She�d have made a fabulous man with her height and shoulders! : ) Brigid is 29 turns old. She wears her brown hair short cropped and her deep amber coloured eye rarely miss anything political.
Weyrsecond S'cot on Bronze Lanth - S�cot is a fine Second to P�trik�s Weyrleadership. He�s a good friend of P�trik and isn�t all that fond of Brigid. He�s a student of human behavior and often thrusts people in awkward situations just to see how they react to things. He�s a staunch friend and a passable Wingleader but is best when he�s listening to P�trik bounce ideas off him. He�s the best at seeing everyone�s points of view and guessing their possible motivations.
One of S�cot�s biggest bane�s is his bright orange hair and huge amounts of freckles. Most people make the mistake of not taking him seriously�.well his orange hair heralds a hot temper and woe-be-to the dimglow who incurs his wrath. He�s a good man but has a viciously vindictive streak, which he rarely uses. His hazel eyes (blue/brown) reveal a studious man who is best made a friend of. S�cot stands 5�11" tall and has an average build. He�s 37 turns old.
Weyrwoman Second Fia on Gold Celth - Fia transferred from Fort Weyr and has taken the Weyrwoman Second position but not without a great deal of malice and anger. Whomever R�zan is for she is definitely AGAINST! She�s a strictly against Mornings Dawn�s Weyr and often makes her opinions known through S�cot. She and S�cot have a fairly pleasant relationship. They enjoy an active life in the furs and work well out of the furs but neither admits to being in love with the other. Fia demands her privacy and pity the poor fool who ignores her blunt demands. She�s a nice woman but she has an acerbic tongue and a cynical attitude towards a Weyrwomans life.
Fia is a dignified woman who demands people give her the respect her status as a Goldrider allows. She is never seen rushing or panicking. She�s a stickler for detail and people who do shoddy work drive her Between!
Fia has dark ash brown hair which stops just before her shoulders. She has dark sapphire eyes and dimples in her cheeks. (which people rarely see). She�s 42 and is quite bitter about having to move to High Reaches to a �lower� rank. But she does prefer the company of younger bronzeriders.

Weyrleader M'sar on Bronze Lesuth - M�sar is a very slow speaking, deep thinking individual who rarely does anything without considering every option twice. He�s afflicted with a slight stutter which mostly effects his �S�s, m�s, B�s and l�s�. M�sar is a perfectionist and expects everyone to be the same. He�s stubborn but fair. He�s also very innovative when it�s necessary. M�sar was formerly a Smith apprentice who was due to be elevated to journeyman status when he was searched. M�sar has very little patience for people who are rank-oriented and who are intent on gaining glory. He prefers people who are down to �Earth� and reasonable. He�s not into Political motivations and prefers to help ALL of Pern rather than merely his Weyr.
M�sar is the youngest Weyrleader on Pern at 20 turns of age. He�s got shoulder length black hair, which he wears in many, many small braids. He has golden brown eyes. He�s 6�1" tall and has a average body type. M�sar�s deep caf� au lait skin tone is marred by many dark brown freckles which cover most of his dark body. (a fact which gives him a fair amount of amusement)
Weyrwoman Tyal on Gold Neliath - Tyal is almost M�sar�s complete opposite. She�s a sweet woman who often has her head in the clouds and rarely on her work. She loves spontaneity and changing the Weyr�s schedules to �keep the riders on their toes�. It�s rare for Tyal to think things through completely. She�s got a quiet humour and most people don�t think she ever takes anything seriously. This isn�t true but it�s a rare moment to catch her in a serious mood. Tyal has a gift to get people to help her with just about anything�even numbweed preparation. She�s a flirt and enjoys the perks her status gives her. Tyal is interested in Pernese politics but often the nuances of it are lost to her. She�s also head over heels in love with M�sar.
Tyal stands a whopping 5�2" tall. She has a chubby build and is often plagued with less than perfect skin. She�s blessed with a dark golden tan. Tyal has dark brown hair. She has blue-green eyes. Tyal is 30 turns old.
Weyrsecond Ch'val on Bronze Demarth - Ch�val is an older Weyrleader second at 44. He�s quite smitten with Tyal and goes out of his way to be near her as much as he�s able. He�s a charismatic man who�s absolutely power-hungry. He�s just waiting for M�sar to stumble and he�ll make his move to seize the Weyrleadership (as it should have been to begin with in his opinion). He�s somewhat of a petty man who doesn�t forget a slight easily. He�s competent in his role as Weyrleader Second but wants more and is willing to do almost anything to attain his goals.
Ch�val has been slowly acquiring ranking members of Pernese society for turns as friends. He�s an impeccable host and trusted confidant. He�s not a man to make an enemy of.
Ch�val stands 6�5" tall and weighs around 300 lbs. He�s pure muscle and is in better physical shape than men half his age. He�s got short steel grey hair and blue black eyes.
Weyrwoman Second Tegan on Gold Kaetlith - Tegan is a quiet woman who prefers the solitude of her Queen and her home weyr. She�s a homebody who is content to do what needs to be done to keep Igen running smoothly. She resents Tyal�s impetuousness and would prefer a more stable Weyrwoman but would never dream of speaking of Tyal in such a manner. She�s a sweet woman who has a will of iron if pushed. (as Ch�val has found). She and Ch�val have come to an understanding on their roles with each other and these do NOT include him sharing her furs. Tegan has a sweet-tooth and she enjoys the attention a Goldrider has when it comes to most bronzeriders and brownriders.
Tegan has an interest in Pernese politics and enjoys dabbling in it on a regular basis but unlike Ch�val she has no ulterior motives.
Tegan has short curly golden brown hair with blonde tips. She�s got large, owlish brown eyes and a short upturned nose. She is 5�10" tall and has a husky frame. Tegan is 24 turns old.

Weyrleader J'len on Bronze Zureth - J�len is a well-liked Weyrleader - perhaps because he was always groomed to be the next Weyrleader after his long-serving predecessor's death. The riders of Ista are truly devoted to him, and where he leads they will follow. He�s a quiet man who�s very observant. He likes a variety of female bedmates, which Grilka doesn�t have a problem with. He�s helpful and has a fine sense of humour.
There�s a rumour that J�len is sterile. He�s been trying to have a child for quite some time now with afew of the more fertile women of the Weyr with no success.
J�len has long black hair which he wears in a runner tail and narrow set black eyes. He�s got bronze toned skin and is in fine physical shape for a man of 37 turns. J�len is 5�8" tall.
Weyrwoman Grilka on Gold Olirath - Grilka is a hedonist by nature. She�s competent at her job but doesn�t do more than is required of her. She prefers to be pampered and doted upon by her suitors in waiting Ista�s Bronzeriders. She and J�len work well together but neither are under the childish illusion that they�re in love. They�re certainly in lust and enjoy fine private encounters between the furs.
Grilka has mid back length wavy brown hair and emerald green eyes. She takes great care in how she dresses her 5�6" petite frame. Grilka is in good shape for a woman in her 40�s.
Weyrsecond M'lian on Bronze Olcoth - M�lian hero-worships J�len. He�s realistic enough to know that his present position is the top of the brownriders �heap� and is content with it. He has a great amount of respect for Grilka and is pleased that his brown flew Tschucarrith instead of Olirath. M�lian is a laid back individual (but not like I�tan being laid back). He�s a responsible young man who loves his job and on the whole does his job well. He�s eager to please J�len and as a result often jumps the gun trying to anticipate J�len�s orders. This eagerness has on more than one occasion gotten him into trouble.
Ever since the plague J�len has become prone to deep bouts of depression. During these dark times only his brown Olcoth can get through to him. J�len lost his whole family to the plague leaving him the only survivor. Some believe he feels guilty for being the only one to survive but none have the heart to confront him on the matter as it drives the friendly man into another bout of depression.
Other than J�len and his adoration of Olcoth M�lian has no real emotional attachments. He�s friendly but doesn�t tend to get too close to people
The 29 turn old M�lian has short blue black hair and dark brown eyes. He�s a husky individual who takes good natured teasing in stride. M�lian is 6�3" tall.
Weyrwoman Second Quinlin on Gold Tschucarrith - Quinlan is a very efficient Weyrwoman Second when it comes to management of people but she�s a disaster when it comes to the handling of records and schedules. She is aware of M�lian�s hero-worship of J�len but passes no judgement on him for it. She�s purely hold-bred and is still having trouble with the freedom a Goldrider has. Unlike some hold-bred girls Quinlan has adjusted nicely to her Queen�s mating flights and seems to enjoy the variety the flights offer. Quinlan has a quick mind but she uses it more for solving puzzles and riddles than working on her atrocious scheduling incompetence. She has the heart of a pacifist but is a fighter by nature, which is why most people think Tschucarrith chose her.
Quinlan loves fiercely and is a loyal supporter of runner races. She just loves them and if truth be told has a bit of a gambling problem. Not a serious one but she�s often without marks at the end of the races due to her enthusiasm to see the sport prosper.
Quinlan has dark auburn hair, which she wears VERY short. The short style suits the 22 turn old that has a heart shaped face. But the style draws attention to her ears, which stick out some. She has hazel eyes (blue green) and it�s obvious when she�s angry. Her eyes turn a bright green. She stands 5�7" tall. Quinlan has a long torso and short legs but she is very athletic and one day hopes to convince Tschucarrith to allow her to own and ride a runner of her very own.

Weyrleader D'van on Bronze Wakelth - D�van�s a serious man who doesn�t take kindly to outside help. He prefers to remain in his Weyr and deal with Southern�s problems first. When Southern was designated as the �plague Weyr� the burden of Weyrleadership was thrust upon D�van at the passing of the previous Weyrleader. D�van neither wanted nor pursued the ranking positions at Southern. But he is the best man for the job. Stoic and grimly silent he holds Southern in an intense training schedule even though Thread has started falling again. D�van�s a fair man who has high expectations of everyone and even higher expectations of himself and his Weyrwoman.
Under D�van�s thorough leadership Southern Weyr should prosper once again and leave behind the devastating losses of the plague. D�van�s a plain speaking man who detests subterfuge of any sort.
D�van is 6�3" tall and is 40 turns old. He has short black hair and bright kelly green eyes. He has a dark, dark Southern tan and is very fit.
Weyrwoman Ressa on Gold Drusath - Ressa was once a warm and quirky Weyrwoman with a very strong sense of the obscure. She�s had her long-time weyrmate�s dour outlook on life wear her down. She�s a good woman and a strong one but she no longer gets close to anyone except D�van emotionally. (the death of three of her five children from the plague are a good reason for this)
Ressa contents herself on her rest days by creating lovely tapestries on the loom her father gifted her with on her thirtieth birthing day. She�s D�van�s staunchest supporter and she has no problem Flaming anyone who disagrees with his absolute leadership of Southern.
Ressa is 42 but looks 58. She has salt and pepper streaked hair, which she has stubbornly kept long and in a bun. She has golden brown eyes and a long Thread scar which runs down the length of her left arm. She�s 5�6" tall and weighs 159 lbs.
Weyrsecond C'rinthian on Bronze Xalth - C�rinthian is as quiet and as intense as his Weyrleader. He�s matured since his first turn as Weyrleader Second and the hundreds of deaths brought on by the plague has honed him into an impressive young leader. C�rinthian is more tolerant of human error than D�van but only because he knows that he himself needs to work on discipline.
C�rinthian prefers the company of men. He enjoys a good game of dragonpoker or dicing and has an intense interest in mining. This isn�t to say he doesn�t enjoy the fairer sex � he does. He just doesn�t know what to say to them. They are even more foreign to him than another dragon speaking to him. C�rinthian gets flustered more than D�van and often spends a fair amount of time clarifying what he meant to say to his Wingmates and friends.
C�rinthian is 6�1" tall and has a husky build. He has massive hands and massive feet and is often the butt of many jokes as a result. He�s got dark brown hair and wide-set grey eyes. Unlike D�van he prefers to sport a full beard and moustache.
Weyrwoman Second Etina on Gold Soreth - Etina is the youngest Weyrwoman Second on Pern. She�s merely 17 turns old and often finds herself intimidated by the responsibilities the Weyrleadership expects her to perform. To her credit she�s managing to meet their expectations but just barely and that�s only because C�rinthian often helps her. (So that neither look bad to D�van.) She�s quite smitten with D�van but keeps her crush secret. She�s a sweet girl who�s had to endure a lot at Southern Weyr. The many deaths marred her weyrlinghood and has given her a phobia of hearing the dragons keen. She�ll do ANYTHING to avoid hearing the Weyr�s dragons keen.
Secretly Etina hopes to be transferred to a more fun loving Weyr (like Telgar perhaps). She find�s D�van and C�rinthian�s stoic seriousness quite choking. She�s found an escape from this by snitching the odd wineskin of wine from the storage cellars.
Etina�s got wavy red hair and pale blue eyes. She�s 5�9" tall and has a willowy form.

Weyrleader Em'ril on Bronze Piolth - Em�ril is a nice man but he certainly isn�t the brightest glow in the basket. He tends to get by with his good natured humour and rarely taking anything seriously. He has a habit of joking about just about everything, which tends to get annoying very quickly. He�s not the leader a man in his position should be and tends to allow a lot of infractions go unpunished.
Em�ril tends to be more interested in the latest batch of female candidates and his favorite beer than running Telgar smoothly. Basically Em�ril is an overgrown teenager who refuses to grow up.
Em�ril has dark brown hair and dark hazel eyes (green/brown). He stands 5�10" and is fit. (despite all the bubbly pies he is constantly stealing from the Lower Cavern�s bakers). He�s 38 turns old.
Weyrwoman Ana on Gold Teliarth - Ana seems to match Em�ril�s sense of humour but she has the good sense not to let it completely interfere with the daily running of Telgar. She devotes all her attention to the internal affairs of Telgar Weyr, not the external affairs of Pern. Ana was born and raised at Telgar and has high expectations of all of the Weyr�s inhabitants. She demands loyalty and respect and is a severe disciplinarian. She�s a good woman whose had to make up for the lack of leadership at Telgar by being both Weyrwoman and Weyrleader as well. (at least unofficially Weyrleader). She�s busy all her waking hours and has no time for her children, whom she refuses to foster out. So the children run amok around Telgar when not with the Weyrharpers learning their letters and ballads.
Ana and Telgar�s Lower Cavern�s Headwoman are often at logger-heads. They dislike each other intensely but both women are able to put their personal feelings aside for the betterment of Telgar Weyr.
Ana is the one who speaks for Telgar Weyr at the Conclaves. She is the driving force behind Telgar�s present success. Although Ana�s a very driven and passionate woman her aspirations stop at remaining Senior Weyrwoman of Telgar Weyr. She will seize any opportunity to gain power for Telgar � and thus giving herself more political clout.
Ana has a deceptively young appearance with curly shoulder-length white blonde hair. She has chocolate brown eyes and stands 5�6" tall. She keeps herself fit by making the whole Weyr workout with her. She appears to be around 23 but in reality is 35.
Weyrsecond V'pine on Bronze Aseranth - V�pine is a sneaky man who only acquired his position because his bronze �cheated� during Rionnath�s mating flight. (you�ll have to ask them how this is possible but they both feel it�s quite the feather in their caps)
V�pine knows how to �play the politics game� and takes great delight in subtly manipulating the different Weyrleaderships and ranking people on Pern. (with varying degrees of success). He doesn�t particularly have a �side� he merely finds the most disruptive outlook then acts. V�pine is the type of man who refuses to take the blame even when it IS his fault. He�s usually got a dozen excuses or a convenient scapegoat to take the fall.
V�pine�s one of the older Weyrleader Seconds at 39. He�s got dark blonde hair and black eyes. He stands 5�7" tall and is reed thin.
Weyrwoman Second Cecilia on Gold Rionnath - Cecilia is a very businesslike Weyrwoman Second who hates the Weyrleader�s inability not to make a joke about everything. She�s smart and has an ability that helps her easily diffuse many difficult situations that Em�ril�s �humour� causes. Cecilia is a anarchist by nature (which she�s had to quell since becoming Weyrwoman Second at Telgar). She has a fierce courage and she ADORES flying Threadfall. In another time she�d be called an adrenaline junkie. She also has an intense sense of competition, which tends to make many pursuing suitors shy away from her.
Cecilia loves the finest things in life and goes out of her way to acquire them for her own weyr. She�s not the hedonist that Grilka is but she just can�t seem to say no to pretty things. (this includes her choice of bed mates) Cecilia is a well spoken woman who has aspirations of taking over Weyrwomanship of Fort Weyr one day. She detests Fort�s Berika but admires Fort�s Weyrleader�s single minded determination.
Cec loves small animals and tends to adopt them as quickly as she fosters them to others.
Cecilia has shoulder length black hair and dark blue eyes. She�s 5�9" tall and is overweight for her height. (She keeps meaning to loose it but keeps using her previous pregnancy as an excuse) She�s 24 turns old.
