He normally stays in the earthen tones, preferring the darker browns and greens to any of their lighter counterparts Background N'vas grew up at Mornings Dawn not wanting anything more than to be a dragonrider like his parents. Being the only son of the couple, he stayed very close to his birth parents even though he was fostered out such as many of the Weyr children were. He became a candidate at the age of 17 and unfortunately was left standing on the sands several times finally impressing Cameth at the same Hatching Azurina impressed Melianth. He graduated weyrling training 2 turns later and dutifully participated in drills and activities under the old Weyrleadership, seeing the Weyr at its worst through out the hard times. During the first couple of falls that he flew after graduation, he was scored several times along his chest and arm area. It really wasn't his fault, or anyone else's, but just what was to be expected from a Weyr that was so undermanned. Trying his best to keep his morale up, he turned to drinking with his buddies, which soon turned into a disaster once he over indulged. Realizing that we was getting more battered from his own people than from what the thread was doing, he soon got his drinking under control and is now very careful when he does indulge. He was delighted when the new leaders came on and watched eagerly as the Weyr, which was once in shambles slowly worked it's way back up to what a proper weyr should be. When the wings were delegated out with the newest of the riders, he volunteered to be assigned to the Search wing hoping to do his best at finding likely candidates to help re-flourish the once almost extinct Weyr. Familiar and comfortable with the folks in his home weyr, he loves to socialize, always trying to make the other feel more at ease. He has a great sense of humor, which tends to be played on, by his brown more often than naught and can sometimes let it get the best of him. Normally, he's a very agreeable person to be around unless drinking. All common sense flies out the door once he's ingested a bit too much of the spirits and tends to aggravate those around him who don't seem to take his side on his ideals. Pets n/a Other A great swimmer and climber, you will almost always see the man out by the Weyrlake on his time off along with his dragon or trying to conquer another mountain by climbing to the top unaided. Dragon Information Dragon's Name: Cameth Color: Bronze Size: 70ft in length, 160ft wingspan Where and When Impressed: Mornings Dawn Weyr, 04.05.01 Sire/Dam: Yasimyth/Lokanyth Wing: Moonstruck Physical Appearance Cameth is what N'vas call "an overgrown wherry" most affectionately. The bronze is the color of light creamy klah, darkening in color around his back and head area, lightening on his wing and tail. He is well proportioned with only a couple of scars from thread scores around his rump area and on the tip of one wing. His head is large and sometimes imposing to those who aren't around the dragonkind much, but over all a well built specimen. Personality Cameth is a humorous practical joker. He does things on his own accord at times which both surprises and annoys his rider the same. He's a big flirt at heart, always complementing the females of his species and giving much adored attention to human children Abilities The brown has a most unique perception for finding likely candidates. Almost everyone, except for two, has impressed. Relationships Loves to be around children, and woman of any species. Tends to get along with somewhat with flitters, finding them amusing in one instant and annoying the next.
