She favors darker colors, usually mute gray, black, red or blue Background Carlisa was born at Tuock old, the first child of her parents. Her mother and father were able to raise her while juggling their various responsibilities. She was seven when her brother came along, and she enjoyed being able to boss him around when her parents weren't watching. Two turns later her sister was born, and soon after Carlisa's mother became a Master Herder. The woman suddenly didn't have time for her children and Carlisa resented this fact deeply. But when she reached fourteen turns she found herself enjoying it, especially since her father was all ways occupied with his work. She found it easy to skip her chores, tricking her siblings into them for her and than blaming them when her parents found some chores undone. This lasted only a few weeks until to her dismay her parents arranged for her to be sent to become an apprentice at the Herder Hall. Despite the fact that she was convinced she'd hate it, she became absorbed in the studies of animals. The once rather snotty girl blossomed into a charming young woman, dark and silent but certainly attractive. She walked the tables at the age of sixteen due to fact her mother pressured the other masters into graduating her and she had been good in her studies. Home and family lay forgotten as the young woman threw herself into her new set of classes. Nothing else mattered for another solid three turns, and she was utterly shocked when searchriders came and searched her. Seeing how involved she had been in her studies and how totally blind to the rest of Pern she had been, the nineteen turn old decided to take a chance and go to the Weyr. She was surprised when a small green seeked her out at the hatching and Impressed the young woman. After impressing Carlisa shortened her name to C'lisa and training began. She graduated along with the rest of the class. Fighting Thread brought a new twist into their lives when the pass began, but soon both settled into the new life style. As turns passed by she kept swinging by the Weyrling classes offering a helping hand when needed. She was both surprised and delighted when she was given the rank of Weyrlingmaster's Assistant. It was after two turns that she felt she wasn't teaching well enough and just didn't enjoy it, so she stepped down and became a wingrider in the Aurora Wing. She's quiet, thinking everything through before making a move, before even speaking. Though she is quiet and serious most of the time, when her temper breaks she'll usually start a very loud yelling match followed by a very long grudge with the person that made her angry. She's an unforgiving woman, hardly giving anyone a second chance and not caring with most people think of her. All this makes her a very good leader, both able to follow orders from those higher ranking then her but still being able to take command of those around her. She can never bare to see animals hurt and will usually severely punish anyone that causes any kind of creature any pain or suffering. C�lisa is a very firm woman and would make a good mother if not devoting all her time to riding. Like all riders, she loves her dragon will all her heart and does anything for Sorath. Dragon Information Dragon's Name: Sorath Color: Green Size: 35ft in length, 80ft wingspan Where and When Impressed: Mornings Dawn Weyr, i99.10.02 Sire/Dam: Yasimyth/Lokanyth Wing: Aurora Physical Appearance Small as greens go, possibly the smallest in the Weyr. Her skin is a deep forest green, eyes slightly too large for her slender muzzle. Her tail is on the short side, but the whole dragon is small. Two long scars on each flank show where thread managed to nick her during her first few falls. Fairly young the small green is in good shape, skin showing strong muscles Personality Sorath is a very serious dragon, much like her rider. If she sees anyone lacking in their duties, she will call them back to attention rather rudely. She's usually firm with people and gets very snappy during threadfall and right before flights. This small green is usually very caring, though like her rider she hides it behind a rather cool mask of indifference Abilities She's very agile, can turn on a dime and is very graceful on landing and takeoff Relationships She's usually a calm dragon around everyone, caring less about people's pets so long as they don't bug her.
