Time for some panells (Taking back the panels)

The next thing i knew i was slaving away at some pasnels... a door and a bonnet to be precise.

First off i had to rip everything off the door including, intirior padding, do all windows, handles and window wipers. This was acheved with a large help from Steven Bignell and James rowland, but when it was, they were readdy to be stripped.
And I was soon away and ripping the paint off those panels the best way / cheapest way i could... AIR SANDER!!!
In a few weeks both were down to bare metal but a lot of preperation had to be acheived before i put them into primer.
Some plating needed to be done, but i am refusing to say where.... plus some Hot roddung manouvers such as, welding up the holdes along the valley of the bonnet to remove a chrome strip that once was there.

Yet when that was finished i found a worker that was beyond any one man i have ever had help me out...
His name was mick roser and he was the most hard working guy i have ever seen. He wanted to help me to boost his skills with panel beating. I tought him how to panel beat and now, he is better than i am.. I just in this paragraph would like to say thankyuo to him as he gave so much of his time to my car it is not funny.

With the help of  him, in a month o so my panels were readdy for primer. And two weeks later....... TAHDA
The white coat looked great, and i was toked with the finished product. (just now i would like to say thakyou to everyone who contributed in putting these panels in primer)

The next day Mick Roser and myself moved the body to a more accessable space and began work.
