Moonday's Special Smoothies

These are my favorite smoothies, the ones I have every morning.  These are not exact, and they make two servings (I have one at breakfast, and take one to work for break).  I don't have any nutritional information for you, but they can't be too bad!!!

Moonday's Favorite Number One
Makes 2 servings.

4-5 Frozen strawberries
1 lunch-box sized container of diced peaches in light syrup
1 banana
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
Splash of vanilla extract

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.
Moonday's Favorite Number Two
Makes 2 servings.

4-5 Frozen strawberries
1 lunch-box sized container of diced peaches in light syrup
4-5 Frozen sliced peaches
1 scoop Yarnell's Guilt Free Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 cup skim milk

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.
Moonday's Favorite Number Three
Makes 2 servings.

4-5 Frozen mixed melon pieces
1 lunch-box sized container of diced peaches in light syrup
4-5 Frozen sliced peaches
1 cup light vanilla yogurt

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.
