Honeydew Smoothie
Serves 1

1/4 honeydew melon, cut into chunks (about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of 1/2 lime
Sprig of mint

Process all of the ingredients, except the mint, in a blender until smooth.  Garnish with the mint, and serve immeadiately.

Pineapple Smoothie
Serves 1

1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 banana
1/2 cup skim milk

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.
