| Red Berry Shake |

| Serves 1 1 cup hulled and halved fresh strawberries 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves Sugar to taste 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice In a blender, puree the strawberries and mint until smooth.
