Red Berry Shake
Serves 1

1/2 cup hulled and halved fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon frozen limeade concentrate

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.

Strawberry Slush
Serves 1

1 cup hulled and halved fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
Sugar to taste
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice

In a blender, puree the strawberries and mint until smooth.  Add the sugar and strain if you like.  Add the juices, blend and serve immeadiately over ice.

Raspberry Smoothie
Serves 1

1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon honey

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.
