Banana-Orange Smoothie
Serves 1

1 banana
1 orange, sectioned
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup skim milk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.

Strawberry Smoothie
Serves 1

1 cup fresh strawberries, cleaned and halved
1 banana
1/2 cup orange juice

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.

Ginger-Melon Shake
Serves 1

1/4 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks (about 1 cup)
1 tablespoon crystallized ginger
1 cup skim milk
Ice cubes

Process the melon and ginger in a blender until smooth.  Add the milk and ice cubes and blend to the desired consistency.  Serve immeadiately.
