Strawberry-Orange Smoothie
Cantaloupe Smoothie
Coffee Sip
Banana-Orange Smoothie
Serves 1

1/2 cup strawberries, cleaned and halved
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup orange juice

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.

Serves 1

1/4 cantaloupe, cubed (about one cup)
1 banana
1 tablespoon passion friut juice (optional)
Ice cubes
Pinch of cinnamon

Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Serve immeadiately.

Serves 1

1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
sugar to taste
Ice cubes


Process the coffee and yogurt in a blender until smooth.  Add the milk and sugar.  Add the ice cubes, and blend to the desired consistency; strain if you like. Serve immeadiately over more ice.
