Welcome, traveler, to this humble outpost in the mists. We here at the traveler's bureau have been commissioned by the Doge and the Council to give visitors information on our great home of Monte Mal, as well as other nearby nations. But be warned, for the laws here in town are very strict, and many who break them do not ever leave the prisons. In fact many tend to be, let's just say lost in the system, shortly after their arrest. But I digress, this is a magnificent town and I am sure you will enjoy your stay. If you decide to explore the city, be careful not to fall in the canali, at least until public works announces that they have cleared them of the slight infestation problem they have been having.

11/02 - Fire in Vallaki, Barovia. A fire broke out in the Barovian town of Vallaki late Friday night, destroying the famed Bookshop and the Malodorous Goat Tavern. Read more about it here.
