Where am I? You are at the homepage for my 1976 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. You might be wondering, 'Why did somebody make a website for their car?' Well, this car isn't just any old car, it's the perfect project car, and this website is a great way to document the project.

    So what makes this car the "perfect project car"? This car had a perfect body from the time of acquisition. You can see from the first set of pictures that there were just a few minor blemishes, but no rust or frame damage. The body of this car was perfect from the beginning, but the interior was thrashed. It doesn't matter, however, because part of this project is to completely redo the interior. Also this car has one of the most common engines, a Chevrolet 350 V-8. This engine is easy to work on and parts can be found easily.

    One more thing, and that is, I haven't mentioned what kind of project this is. Well, the author of this webpage, who is also the owner of this vehicle was raised in a beautiful valley in New Mexico in a town called Española. If you've never heard of Española, it suffices to say that it's the Lowrider capital of the WORLD. So, naturally, I am a fan of Lowriding. This car is on its way to being a lowrider.
