Apple Lane - Hamlet <Alignmet Neutral Good>
Population 60, including surrounding farmland <80% Human, 13% Gnome, 3% Hill Dwarf, 3% Elf, 1% Goblin>
Agricultural community supplying most of the fruit and grain to Hizucni.
Key to the map
1) Muk's Weapons n Stuff
Muk the Dwarf reside here, makeing weapons and armour of varying quality. He is also in the market for buying any such items folk may find on their journeys. He often looks bored with is work. Rumour has it he is a master crafter but never gets the chance to use his real skills
2) Gobnobblets Gear n Gears
Gobnobblet is one of the goblins occupying the "civilised" area of the map, seeing more of an opportunity to make a quick buck.. . . and stay alive many goblins migrated over and live a happy life among the more civilised races. This little chap has done well for himself too, opening the hamlets main store for adventuring gear and "comtraptions" as he calls them. Revolutionising the farming community with the seed propigator he invented he is now in fact respected in the area.
3) The Happy Cox
The Happy Cox is the Hamlets tavern, naming itself after the cider it produces from the apples in teh near by Orchard. The challange in teh Happy Cox is written above the bar.
"If ye can get a yard of Cox down ya throat after eating 2 Hairy Plums, then ya meal is FREE". The Hairy Pums are a "delicacy" of the Inn, overripe Prickle Pairs are pickled in sweet pumpkin juice, left to dry for 2 weeks then pickled again, they are somewhat vile and prone to make the consumer hallucinate.
The Happy Cox is run by Jack Winterworth and his wife Wendy, along with help from their daughter Thelma.
4) Heathers Linens n Longings
Heather Willowseeth, and elven lady, runs this outfitters and curio shop, many trinkets line one side of the shop while clothes, shoes and boots line the other
5) Falmer Palmer
This is the residence of oen of the biggest land owners in teh area. Mr Jack Palmer lives here, with his workers taking care of his farming operations dotted about the countryside. Jack is all but retired now, selling a few of his goods to the villages from his shop on teh premises. Leaving most of the running of the rest of his operation to his five lovely daughters. His wife was killed many years ago now by an orc raiding party when he owned land closer to the border with the Easter half of the isle and such raids were common.
