Please don't communicate anything pornographic unless you ask us first - we may say yes, we may say no - depends what it is.

Please don't communicate anything which is rude, hateful or offensive about any person or persons. We won't accept racism, sexism, homophobia or any other form of prejudice.

If we ask you to change the subject please do so, there are certain things we may not wish to discuss.

When we make a decision that's it - final. Don't waste your time or ours trying to get us to change our minds - we won't.

We never make promises so don't hold us to anything. Intentions and aspirations - yes. Promises and commitments - no.

That's basically it, not asking for much really as it's all basic common sense and decency. As we said at the top of the page, these notes are for the benefit of a small minority of people. Please follow these notes, we have very effective ways of dealing with people who don't; fortunately this has only happened twice and these people are no longer bothering us or anyone else for that matter.

There's very few things which we find unacceptable when communicating with us, these notes summarise the main ones but there may be others.

The reason for these notes is that in the past we've had to contend with a few idiots. We try to be nice and respectful and don't appreciate it if people can't be likewise with us. In the vast majority of cases the people we communicate with have enough common decency about them to automatically follow the points below. For the benefit of the idiots these are our 'rules'.
