An apology is in order for the length of time it's been taking us to respond to messages. We've been out a lot these last few days and have been really busy at other times. The result is hundreds of unanswered messages.
Even at the best of times it's impossible to reply personally to all messages and at the moment nearly every message is being answered with a response directing the sender to this page. If we had more time and less messages we might manage better.
Please accept our apologies for not having chatted when you sent the message and please feel free to send another message in the future. If things are quiet we'd be happy to chat but in reality it's unlikely to be quiet - we think it's only fair to let you know this.
