| Chapter 6 |
| So, where did you go last night? Asked William. What are you talking about? Diana asked pretending to be confused. Diana, I saw you go into the forest last night. What I want to know is why? William stated. Diana got out of her sleeping bag and walked away. William grabbed her arm. Tell me, Diana. He coaxed. Its none of your business. So leave me alone. She said before she ripped her arm from Williams grip. William shook his head and headed toward Thomas. Hey, William. Whats the matter? Thomas asked when he saw the disturbed looked on Williams face. Can we talked about Diana instead of me please? Asked William. Uh Sure. Agreed Thomas, what do you want to know about Diana? Im not sure. But has she always acted weird? William asked. Yeah, I personally think theres something wrong with her. Thomas said circling his finger around his ear. She isnt crazy! William said lightly punching Thomass shoulder. Well, shes got to be something for the way shes always acting. Thomas defended himself. So, whos up for some hunting? Asked Charles. Im right behind you papa. Chimed Harry. Were with you too, dear old boy. Mr. Reed said to Charles. Diana walked back to her sleeping bag. What about you Diana? Charles called out to her. Oh, shes against hunting. Mrs. Reed clarified. But if everyones coming she cant stay here by herself. Mr. Reed said to his wife. She can still come along, she doesnt have to shoot anything. Charles said. Dianas head shot up. Im not going. Sorry hunny, but you have to. You cant stay here by yourself. Mrs. Reed said. During the rest of the afternoon, The Royals and Dianas family shot quite a few animals that would last them for the next two days that they would be camping. Ok, thats enough. We dont need anymore animals. Diana said. But just after she had said that William had shot a deer. Diana jumped and screamed from hearing the gun shot. Tears ran down her face as the others ran up to the deer. They tied it up and Charles and Mr. Reed were carrying it back to the truck that they were using to carry the dead animals. Diana was furious. She ran and jumped onto William crying, Killer! She began to beat him as the others only watched the scene. They were too shocked to see what was happening for them to stop it. You promised! You promised not to kill any animals that werent needed! You bloody B*stard! She cried out. After a while Thomas got over the shock and ran up to the frantic Diana. He pulled her off William and held tightly to her. Harry helped William up. |
