| As they walked past the old study room, which was now Diana�s bedroom. William stopped and walked in. There were posters of wolves, wallpaper of wolves, stickers of wolves. You name it. It was there. � She has a fascination for wolves. Weird huh?� Asked Thomas. William nodded and they continued to Thomas�s room. � Thomas, you never told me why she was put up for adoption.� Said William. �Oh, I didn�t did I. Well, it was because her parents died in an accident a few years back. She kept running away from the foster homes that she was in, so they put her up for adoption hoping she�ll stay there feeling that it was her home. � Why would she run? Doesn�t she want a home?� William asked. � Don�t ask me, I don�t have a clue.� Thomas said putting his hands up in the air. Twelve days later William was invited over to Thomas�s house for dinner and a sleep over. Thomas and William walked through the door and dumped William�s sleeping bag and backpack onto the floor. � Aren�t you going to put those in your room?� Diana asked annoyed. � Later, when we have to set up the sleeping bags.� Thomas said walking into the kitchen. William stood in the doorway of the living room as Thomas walked in with a can of Pepsi. � People can trip on them, you know.� Diana said to Thomas. � Look, we do this all the time. No one has tripped on them yet, so why don�t you keep your German accent quiet.� Thomas said rudely. Diana�s eyes glowed with anger. No one ever made fun of her accent. � I�m just as much British as you and that Royal snob over there.� Diana quietly yelled pointing to William. � Then talk like you�re British!� Thomas yelled into her face. �You want me to talk in a British accent, huh? Well, why don�t you bloody go to h*ll!� Diana yelled into Thomas�s face this time with a perfect British accent. She stormed up to her room and slammed the door. Diana leaned against the door and slowly sunk to the floor. She wrapped her arms around her knees. She could feel her inerself wanting to come out. She used all her energy to keep it in. She almost let it out when she was lashing out at Thomas. And with William in the house wasn�t helping either. She so wanted to get back at him and his family for what they�ve done in the past years and present. |
