Welcome to the
What is the MOMS Club?

The MOMS Club of West Bloomfield / Orchard Lake, MI is a non-profit support group for moms who are home during the day, whether or not they also work outside of the home.  We are a group of Moms looking to meet other Moms, have fun, gain ideas and get support.  We meet during the day, when at-home mothers most need support.  Children are welcome at every event.

About Our Chapter

We are a chapter of the International MOMS Club, which was founded by Mary James in Simi Valley, California in 1983.  The MOMS Club of West Bloomfield / Orchard Lake was founded in 2000 by Stephanie.  The first year the club had 3 members.  Since that time our membership has grown to over 40 members.

Membership

Our annual membership dues are $25 to fund meeting supplies, office supplies, postage and other administrative costs.  We hold regular monthly business meetings on the second Monday of each month at 10 AM.  Our business meetings include discussion topics and sometimes a guest speaker.  Membership is open to Moms in the West Bloomfield / Orchard Lake area.  If dont live in this area, please contact the International MOMS Club at [email protected] for information on a chapter in your area.

What We Do

Activities for Moms and kids:  Committee Chairmoms plan activities for the Playgroups, Kids Cooking Club, Book Club, MOMS Night Out, Lunch Club, and other special activities.

Support each other:  Members provide meals for other Moms after the birth of a child or other difficult times of need through our Helping Hands program.

Support our community: Each year we perform at least one service project that will benefit needy children and families.
