The Rochester, MI MOMS Club chapter was founded in 2001. Our members come from Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township, Michigan. The club is a support group for moms who are home during the day, whether or not they also work outside the home. Through community service projects we also endeavor to assist needy children in the area.
Our chapter is part of an international 501(c)3 non-profit group with 2,000 chapters in ten countries, totaling over 100,000 members. The result is a unique network of mothers who understand the choices involved in being an at-home mom.
Come see us at our next meeting or park day! Our monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Our chapter is very open to new members. You probably will not be the only new person there! Although some of us have lived in the area for years and are experienced moms, many of our members are new in town or new to motherhood. We all have one thing in common- the MOMS Club introduced us to other moms who believe that being an at-home mom doesn�t mean you have to stay at home alone! |
