| Wunt had a dream for humanity. This dream can be
seen in the layout of the Metro. Situated in the center of his Mega-city is the
structure assigned to learning. The Spire is the tallest of the buildings and the
only one that has an entirely self-contained living environment. Surrounding the
Spire are the four HeavanScrapers. These structures are primarily concerned with the
housing of those that live in the city. Each is also assigned to regulate specific
functions of the Metro. At the top of each is a full floor greenhouse created to
feed those living beneath it.
The Metros are laid out in a hierarchical system. The Central Hub can regulate
and reinforce the structure of 35 Hub Metros. These 35 Hubs in turn regulate and
reinforce the functions of 80 Basic Metros. |

Red - gates and linkages to other Metros
Blue - free building areas
Green - Metro specific building |
The only regulated sections of the city are those
represented in green in the picture to the left. Any area found in the blue section
of the Metro is free to anyone who wants to build there. Mostly, this is regulated
to factories and city fares. Some groups have changed pieces this section of the
city into gardens and public parks. Unfortunately, Since the emergence of the cloud,
many of the parks have died and much of the lower Metro is in shambles. The dark,
oppressive world that has taken the utopias place is firmly entrenched. For more
