Newspaper article on the Gemini5 booster recovery. The article stated the following (USS DuPont was the recovery ship) -
"It marks the first time that a booster with it's instrument package has been recovered following a space shot."
"This one rose to a height of some 250,000 feet before dropping away."
The space capsule for which the booster was used contained astronauts Cooper and Conrad and all this happened on August 21, 1965.
