How to log-in to Clanbase: Click the roster link then click on your name in the list, your user name is the fist set of numbers by ID. Copy the number and click on log-in, paste the number in the name field and type in the password that you got in an email. Check the small box to save your login info.

How to enter member details: Click on admin and under "Personalities" check your personality data for both current and all personalities. If you are a trustee then look under clan settings as well and click on member properties, click on your name in the list and enter your details which will appear next to your name on the roster page.

How to customize Clanbase: Log in and click on customize, then configure how you like, but it's a good idea to have "Detailed Agenda" ticked which is found under "Miscellaneous". This will give you much more detail about each match on the Agenda page.

How to check for matches: Follow the Calendar link and check for matches (remember: If your not logged-in Clanbase times are GMT+1.), when there is a match login and click on "Agenda" to the right of your name. Then set your availability for the match (yes,maybe,no) and click submit. You need to do this every time a Clanbase match comes up.
