TRD Quick Shifter set

This is the shifter unit taken out from the car with the old shifter on.

Here are the new quick shifter (upper) and the old stock shifter (lower). Note that the quick shifter is angled exactly the opposite of the stock shifter.
This is because the quicker shifter is designed for right handed driver position, i.e cars in Japan. So, having installed it will tile the shifter towards the passenger side instead of the driver side. It feels weird at the beginning but I have gotten used to it a bit now. And there is actually a fix to it. But I have never tried it personally ....

This is the console without the shifter unit. You can see the rodes connecting to the gear box. The left one is for reverse and the right one is for forward gears.

The console with the new quick shifter unit intact. Just have to reinstall the cover and it will be ready to go. 

Everything is in place and done.
