Today Bush is coming to Sacramento, so many airspaces are declared restricted. My lesson is before his arrival, so I was able to get up in the sky.
We basically did a few stalls, slow flights and instrument flying. We flew to Franklin and did many approach to landings. I finally did a landing by myself. It's looking a lot better. A mistake I tend to make is when I pull back over the runway, I turn the controls so the plane is always banking to the right. Something that I have to keep in mind and just keep practicing. The radio calls are confusing like always, but he said once I get a lot of them in, they will become second nature. I am crossing my fingers on this.
