CNC Router - Adjustment Blocks
(2/13/2005)

It's amazing what an hour or so of grinding, drilling, grinding, tapping, and grinding can do.  All four Y-axis adjustment blocks that were poured in the last update have been smoothed out and machined for the setscrews.  They're now mounted and ready to be adjusted.

Just for kicks, and to get stuff out of the way so I could change oil today, I put the table on the base.  It's starting to look like a machine.  It doesn't move or cut anything, but these are just details!

Two of the new adjustment blocks.  These two stayed 1 1/2" thick.  Shiny!
One of the two that were cut down to 1" thick due to casting defects.  Still shiny!

I set the table on just so it'd start to look like something.  At least it looks good!
