So far, the paint it turning out well. I sort of wish I'd done a better job of welding and bondo-ing under the nice smooth paint. Oh well, a few nicks and wiggles here and there add character!
Monday I should be able to layout and paint the graphics on the frame and swingarm and maybe even get them in clearcoat to finish the paint process. I'll probably try to let the parts cure for a couple of days after paint is done before I assemble the bike. I say try because I'm getting anxious to see this thing complete. But, I don't want to rush and bang up the soft paint too early on. Fortunately, the weather's been about perfect the last few days, so the painting has gone well.
