So what have I been up to?
I have been working at The Home Depot for a month now, its not too bad, I've been learning alot about building, which is why I work there in the first place.
I got a sales position at Hunt Real Estate ERA. So now it is official, I am a licensed realtor. I have alot of training to do for sales and such, but I can sell houses now, which is what I have been training for the last few months to do. So I guess it can't hurt to ask, if you know anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house, please send them my way.
I have completed a website for Jay's father and I am almost done with another one as well, so at least those sites will make money. So if you know anyone in need of a website, me and Mark are working on them.

I guess thats all I can think of right now, I will try to update this page at least once a month, perhaps just as a way to track my progress, or as a way to let people know what I'm up to when I'm not at the computer.

It has once again been
months since I have last wrote in this darn
thing. I am really bad at this, and keeping it up to date and
all. Here are a few points of interest which have happened since
December:
- Home from Disney, it
was great, but I'm glad to be back and in
classes.- Doing a few websites along with Mark, this time for money, and for others, probably a better way to go. - Finnishing the requirements for my Real Estate License this week. - Got a job at Home Depot, will startt next week.
- Working my spring break
away at my dad's office to pay back my
debt.
So that is the brief
version of what has happened. Now for
the long version...
I will complete the
45 hour course this Wednesday and take the
exam for that, I will be sitting for the State exam on Tuesday
morning. So I will be done with all of the work except for
finding a broker and some money. I really want to get my real
estate license and sell some houses, the one thing standing in my way
is the initial money needed to start up. I will be working on
that though, and hopefully soon I will have all of that under
way. I am doing websites including the one for my good friend
Jay's dad, if you need a website or know someone who does, feel free to
contact me. I am taking a full load this semester including
Italian, an archtecture class, and three upper level histories.
It isn't too bad, but then again there aren't too many grades in
either. I plan to take two classes this summer one in the first
semester and one in the third. I am really looking forward to
this summer, making some money and hanging out. I am glad I just
got a job at Home Depot, it is related to what I want to do in real
estate development, and it isnt bad pay or hours either. I
am glad to have talked to a few people from my past, both distant and
immediate, it is always good to keep in touch with people.
Anyway, thats all, once again I hope to myself that I will be able to
update this more often, and now that I am working in the office on
weekends etc, and that classes have calmed down I should be able to do
that. Mike out.

Have not written in nearly half a year. Thought I would write something. I have only two more weeks left on my internship here at Walt Disney World. In case you are not up to date, I work at Epcot in merchandise, about two weeks ago I finnished the two classes I am taking down here. Yeah I work for The Mouse, and I work with a bunch of great people including my two good friends Baba and Steve. I have seven, eight; a bunch of roomates. My roomates are great friends, Doug, Todd, Al, and Chich, along with Yves and Darnell, and formerly Geoff and Mike. Me, Sarah, Doug, Todd, and Al do almost everything together, we have been to the four Disney parks and both Universal parks countless times. When I get a bit more time (meaning when I get home) I will actually do a bit of updating of this site including adding a bunch of pictures, but for now, here are a few to enjoy:
