Education

•  I received a Bachelors of Arts with a major in Political Science / International Relations from the University of California (UCLA) in 1981.

•  I completed the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) basic criminal Investigators course at Glynco , Georgia in 1986 and 1987 with the Naval Investigative Service and the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DSS) respectively.

•  I completed the one year Foreign Service Institute (FSI) language program for Russian in 1999. I have demonstrated proficiency and fluency in this language through formal testing and use.

•  I completed the six month Foreign Service Institute (FSI) language program for Spanish in 1992. I have demonstrated proficiency and fluency in this language through formal testing and use.
