About NoraNora Jacquez has traveled, studied and lived in Mexico part time since her undergraduate days. She has a Ph.D. in Spanish and is also a licensed attorney. An inveterate traveler, she has visited more than sixty countries, to teach Tibetan monks and nuns in India, work in a Community Law Center in New Zealand, volunteer with Seniors in Avignon, France, apprentice to a carpenter in Mexico among other things.
