10/30/04
A little bit apathetic at the moment in terms of what it actually important, preferring sleep to homework.  It will all work out.  I'd rather have fun.

And I'm okay, if you're okay with wasting time...

Seriously, everything works out in the end.  This will all make perfect sense someday.

Overabundance of John Mayer lyrics, yes, but at least it is my own work in the big part at the top.  And I'm seeing him in Chicago in December; my Christmas vacation will start two days early!  And I will see him!

Autumn is fully upon us, as I noted to myself looking out the window a couple minutes ago.  The leaves blow in the street, they cover the lawn, and are pressed into the street.

There isn't enough time in the day to do everything: homework, piano, The Story, driving, reading (for pleasure), sleeping.

SONDRE LERCHE Tuesday!  Two full weeks and then Thanksgiving week; then, two full weeks and then pre-Christmas week--shortened for me because of John Mayer.

December 16th = John Mayer
December 16th = beginning of vacation
vacation = freedom
Therefore, John Mayer = freedom  [Transitive property]

"...When autumn comes it doesn't ask
It just walks in where it left you last
You never know when it starts
Until there's fog inside the glass around
       your summer heart..."

I accidentally deleted the stuf from 9/14/04.  Or whenever it was.  Oh well.

Fall fall fall, it is fall!  I think I'm starting to get this all under control, although I just added something new to the mix, meaning I am now working at...the library.  Exciting.  I started today.  Joy.

Homecoming is just two weeks away, I think.  My dress is so beautiful, now only if I fit it a little better, but either way, it's gorgeous on me if I do say so myself.

This is possibly the most exciting, if also the most stressful and sometimes depressing, autumn of my life thus far.

Bush is stupid.  Kerry's speech we analyzed is stupid.  Kerry is bothersome.  But Bush is stupider.  We need a new president, though, so go Kerry!  This "debate" is very boring to listen to.

Now I feel stupid.  "Go Kerry!" *mocks self*.  Um.  Can't think of anything to say.  I wish they said Iraq nicely, instead of "I-rACK".  Uugh.

Way to go with that parallel structure, that repetition, that anaphora, Kerry.  Redeem yourself!  Ha, funny looking.  Not that I'm watching him right now, just listening.  Tomorrow's October.

Mmmm, cold air.  Mmm, fall.  Mmmm....

...Something's missing..."

Summer is, finally and truly, over.  And school has started, and the schedules were not all that kind to me, meaning, there is a great deficiency in interesting people in my classes.

The Beach yesterday with Emma (&co) was fun, although I couldn't bring myself to get my hair wet again once it had dried.  So far, APs aren't that difficult, and having a tutorial is nice.

I can't really think of anything to say to (potentially) any random person, so I guess I'll have to try later.
