| Fri, Aug 13 -- Drove to Bayfield, Ontario, encountering some difficulty at the border because none of the three (myself, Chelsea, and Ali) were related to our driver, a friend of Ali's family. But the woman let us through; she says it was because we were old enough to tell her if we were being kidnapped, but really it was because we were listening to John Mayer, which Randy (the family friend) pointed out to the border person, and she said she liked him. Ali, Chelsea (the next-oldest in her family, at 13), and I stayed in the "sleep cabin" above the garage. Complete with toaster, sink, fridge, and bathroom. When we went to check out the beach, Hannah really wanted to swim, as did I...and we all ended up completely dressed, completely drenched, at six thirty or so in the evening.
