INGREDIENTS

water |
|
1 cup |
|
|
quick
yeast |
|
1 pkg |
|
|
flour |
|
2 1/2 - 3 cups |
|
|
olive oil |
|
2
Tbsp |
|
|
salt |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
|
pizza toppings |
|
|
|
METHOD
-
mix water and yeast
until dissolved
-
stir in half of the
flour, oil and salt
-
combine
-
gradually add the
rest of the flour
-
knead until smooth
and elastic
-
let rise for 1 1/2
- 2 hours
-
punch down, divide
in two, and roll to 1/4 inch thick
-
put on baking pan
or pizza stone, top with favourite toppings
-
Bake at 350 degrees
for 15 - 30 minutes - until crust is golden brown and the cheese is
melted
