Matthew ColeMatthew is a former graduate of Blue Ridge School where he won 3 Virginia State weightlifting championships. He has been featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated, Lifter's Weekly, and ESPN - The Magazine. He was voted by his high school team as "The Greatest Person to Ever go to This School". He earned two Masters degrees in Health Services and Sports Medicine from Yale and Harvard, respectively. Austin EmAustin is a graduate of Land o'Lake High school, where he competed on the Varsity Wrestling team for all four years. He Earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Wisconsin (Go Badgers) where he won 2 NCAA weightlifting titles. After overcoming a rabid squirrel injury that left him without the use of his left pinky finger, he took a job with the US Olympic Weightlifting team, where he coached 7 members to 25 gold medals in International competition. Grayson CohGrayson is a graduate of Weller-Wolfson High School, where he won 3 National Weightlifting titles. After High School, he attended The University of Washinton where he helped his team in winning back-to-back PAC-12 weightlifting titles. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Greco-Roman wrestling techniques and a minor in French. Grayson volunteers his spare time coaching basketball to children with disabilities.
