The very humble beginning of one fantastic collaborative
project . Two 9mm MDF bases that will become the Deck
Garden and the Vegetable Garden. Some re-organisation of
my hobby room was necessary before they found a home on
the metal shelving unit that stands beside my work desk.

THE DECK GARDEN
14-15 December 2001
Two days' work saw walls A through G and M, N and O
attached to the MDF base plus the patio deck was cut out.

05-06 January 2002
Finished cutting out the rest of the formers: P, Q, R, S,
S2, T, T2, U, U2, U3, V, W, X, Y, Z, A1, A2, a, b. Phew!

To cut out the irregular shaped MDF deck
bases templates were first made from small pieces of
cardboard sellotaped together.
