Juan Montoya has shown throughout the season that he's worthy enough for Formula One, as long as reliability is on his side. He has demonstrated his brilliant passing ability many times, including one at Indianapolis where he surprised Schumacher at end of the main straight with a no-margin inside pass at Turn 1 on Lap 34.

Unfortunately, the reliability gremlin hit Montoya's car again as it broke down on Lap 39, dashing his hope for a second consecutive win after Monza. However, there's no doubt that the amazing rookie who thrilled CART with a Championship and IRL with a win at Indy 500 has plenty to offer in the future of Formula One.
