Mini-SS and the American River

 Inside the Mining Shaft at Empire Mine State Park

On Sunday, a small group of drivers were led on a tour of Nevada City/Grass Valley area by Eric Gunderson and his yellow Mini. We got smiles, nods of approval and thumbs up as we drove through small towns. We ended up at the Empire Mine State Historic Park where we had a guided tour of this historic gold mine.
