| Healthy Diet -Weight Loss & Management:
Eating a balanced diet including 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and drinking at least 2 litres of water are healthy fundementals for a"good" diet. Try cutting out anything that is not "natural", so anything processed or not in its original form is probably loaded with chemicals and additive, all of which affect the way we feel, work, think and can increase weight gain.
