| The Principles of FLEXERCISE are:- More complex and interesting than other forms of exercise class, combining principles from Fitness Pilates and Freestyle Fitness Yoga within a modern fitness format, a fusion of Western and Eastern philosophies. Jam packed with Body Conditioning. Paying particular attention to breathing with movement, balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility.
