About the Season Finale of Everwood:

Everyone who watched the season finale definetely wants to know many things... most importantly, is Colin okay?  Now, I could study the look on Dr. Brown's face at the end of the show and come up with a half-way decent decision on what it means.  However, I really don't think that's necessary.  The look on his face(a mostly serious, information driven face) could go two ways.  Either he is so shocked that Colin turned out all perfect and is going to burst out and say everything's great... or, the more practical side, Colin's not exactly okay.  I'm not going to say Colin dies.  I highly doubt that.  From the information that I have been given, Mike Erwin is still on for another season of Everwood.  But, I could be wrong.  Although, I really do think Colin is okay... kinda...
This could go in two ways two: either Colin has went back in a coma and it will mirror the previous season, or he just has complications.  I am leaning towards the a coma.  It would really help Ephram and Amy get back together.  I think Amy will again be all Colin focused, but Ephram is even more in her head, and most importantly, her heart.  If Colin isn't around, I bet we'll see more lip locking between Ephram and Amy.
When Colin surprised Amy and Brite before with the trip to the baseball field it showed many emotions.  Colin was very trying to hide his being afraid; Brite was enjoying every moment-most likely covering up his emotions too(typical boys!); and Amy, she didn't want to give into it because she knew Colin was doing it so she would have good memories of him if he never woke up again.  The scence was very emotional in a light-hearted type of way.  I really think Amy needs to lighten up.  Life is going to do whatever it wants to do.  Everything is in Colin's hands.  If he wants to live, he will.
I'm going to be honest, this is all I have to say because I can't remember much else.  I'm writing this late July!  Check back for what really happens!
