The next map shown is Los Arboles.  This neighborhood has a sign welcoming visitors into it.  This tract is newer than any of the others on the 2 previous pages, more atriums and more modern looking Eichlers.  There aren't really BAD Eichler models, there are GOOD Eichlers and there are GREAT Eichlers.  I think these are great Eichlers.  I really think this group comes from 2 eras, the red-circled era which looks like about 1960, and the blue-circled era which look 5-10 years newer.  The blue ones are definitely Claude Oakland models, some of which had the great double-peaked atrium design.  That model is easy to spot in the map.  A fold down the center of the house with a hole in the middle.

Los Arboles is a track of about 110 houses which is east of Middlefield, north of Charleston, South of Oregon Expressway.  Map below.
Below is a group of 200 or so I call "Greer South".  It is located along Greer Road south of the area I call "Greer North".  It is fairly near Charleston Road and 101.  This is a mature group of Eichlers from the late 50s or early 60s, larger and some have atriums.
