  • Take action on the recommendations and orders from customers within 3 working days.
  • Ensure that each journal / magazine can be found in the new period of 14 working days from the date of receipt.
  • Ensuring IT Center user registration done within 2 minutes
  • Immediately materials (3 titles) prepared in process and delivered to the Customer Services / Division of the Library of the Faculty within 2 working days.
  • Borrowing and Returning books can be done within 5 seconds if no ICT issues.
  • Controlling Consumer Education Program for each application UiTM citizens.
