While we are trial riding, if you go into an area not marked or into a closed area, and an officer of the law, Game warden, Forestry official or any law enforcement officer issues you a ticket, fine, arrest, or confiscates you vehicle, liability is bore solely by the owner of the vehicle or the person doing the action.
You are responsible for the loss, theft, injury, or damage to any vehicle. Personal property in vehicles are solely the owner's responsibility. Each person is there voluntarily and solely responsible for their own actions and equipment. |
