MID SIZED MUDDERS WAS FOUNDED

We are a non-profit club, however, we charge dues at a minimum so that we can keep the club going and take care of its own expenses(for things like club decals, ORV park cost, or "EMERGENCY" tows). The goal of this club is to provide an organized environment for our members and guests, and to do our part to help promote the sport and past time of four wheel drive travel in all phases. We want to enjoy and protect the natural resources and support the multiple use principal as applies to public land. It is a family oriented club so we act accordingly. We are based in Cocoa Florida, between Orlando and Cocoa Beach, you do not have to reside in Cocoa to be a member.

Our club will accept any type of "mid sized" (ie, ...s-10's, ranger's, toyota's, suzuki's, jeeps..etc...) 4x4 vehicle street legal or not.  However, when we are on a ride that takes us on county maintained roads only the street legal vehicles will be allowed. We feel that just about any vehicle that is properly built can do amazing things with adequate driver skill.

Most of our trail vehicles are also our daily drivers so we understand if a driver doesn't want to risk his or her vehicle in any particular situation; however, if you never try anything new you will never know what the true capabilities you and your 4x4 are.  Every vehicle will break something eventually so be prepared.

Most of our 4-wheeling is in the Space Coast area.  We do adhere to the Tread Lightly rules to preserve our land and to keep it open for us and our children.

Anyone who participates in our rides must understand that scratches and dents do happen, so you are driving at your own risk. No one will be forced to drive any particular obstacle, but there are those cases where there are no by-passes available, so be prepared.

We don't usually have monthly meetings at this point in time, so our updates are through our web site.  Our club plans and events and other important information are on line as well.

Our dues are $5 per year which helps pay for the stickers, and an additional fee of $15 registers everyone with the United Four Wheel Drive Association and the Florida Four Wheel Drive Association so that us as a whole, and as an individual, have a voice in this threatened sport / activity / hobby that we are involved in.
