	PLAYOFFS " Only the top three teams during the regular season will make it to the MHL playoffs. " Subs are not permitted to be called out for any playoff games! " The first place team will automatically make to the MHL Championship round. " The second place team will play the third place team in a one game Semi-Final. " Semi-final playoff games will have a five minute warm up. " The 2003- 04 MHL Championship Final will be a best of three games. Each game will end fifteen minutes before the allotted ice time. If the goal total is tied at this point, a five minute sudden death overtime will take place. If the game remains tied following the sudden death overtime then a sudden death shoot-out will begin immediately. SHARING OF A FULL TIME SPOT " Should two players share one full time spot, only one of the two players will be eligible to play in the playoffs. The player to play in the playoffs must be declared at least one week prior to the playoff game. SUBSTITUTE PLAYERS " Each team can have up to 4 or 6 subs on their sub list, depending on how many players there are on the teams regular roster. " Subs can be called out ONLY if a team member is unable to play. " Subs cannot be called out for a player that is suspended. " If you are unable to play, please inform your captain so a designated sub can be called up. " If and only if your designated sub plays, will you receive your money back for your missed game. " Team captains are responsible for collecting sub money and reimbursing their players for the missed game. " If a sub is involved in a fight, that sub will not be permitted to play again for the season and will be removed from the sub list. His eligibility for the following season will be reviewed.
