The LHS Choral Department Website was created to be a defining resource for one of the most amazing high school choirs in Texas. It's simply remarkable that the Internet gives us the ability to share things with everyone around the world. On the Official LHS Choral Department Website, it gives an old alumni friend in a state thousands of miles away the ability to see and hear all the magic of today's LHS Choirs--offering photos and sound clips of shows and conventions that many parents and friends of the current choirs don't even get to see! It also acts as a forever-growing database of tons of information, showcasing the current choirs in every bit of its shining glory while archiving those of the past. And it provides the most up to date calendar of events so you always know when that special show or concert will be. Somewhere, it may even spark the flame of a young child experiencing the Choirs of Robert E. Lee High School for the first time. There are so many things about the choirs to treasure, and this is a fantastic way to share just a little of that with you.
About the Site
The LHS Choir Website is currently updated/maintained by Lance Gossen, LHS Choir Alumni from the class of 2004. It was designed exclusively for the LHS Choir in commemeration of Mrs. Paula Edwards 25th Anniversary of Teaching. Thanks for all the lives you've touched throught the years. This website has progressed immensely throughout the years from a simple page that was connected to the old LHS website into what you see here today.
This site was made completely in Yahoo! GeoCities by Lance Gossen. Some of the graphics were crafted using Microsoft Photo Editor and other items were made by using HTML. The LHS Choir Website is also optimized to automatically resize to be viewed on any screen resolution from 800 x 600 up to 1600 x 1200 so you don't have to adjust your computer settings.
