The High Council
The High Council is the ruling body of The Guild of Middle Earth. They are in charge of making and enforcing rules, monitoring the message board, administering the auctions or Pharmacy, and generally making sure the guild runs smoothly. The High Councilers are:
Smerfydude - Smerfydude is the head honcho, the big cheese, our fearless leader. Pretty much everything goes through her. All major comments or questions should be directed towards her, like asking to host a new contest or asking to fill an empty council position.

Reyclou - Reyclou is the Counciler in charge of the Guild Website and pretty much anything having to do with Aragorn (Mwahahahaha!). Any questions or comments about the website should be directed towards her and the Council of Webmasters. Also, if you'd like to joing the CoWs, she's the counciler to talk to.

paw_z - Paw_z is usually the one handing out prizes, and often the one dispensing medication. She's also from Austrailia. Austrailia is cool.

Evenstar333 - Evenstar333 is the newest addition to the High Council. She heads up the Poetry Contest and a lot of other nifty stuff. Maybe now she'll tell us what the 333 means...

The Sub-Council
The Sub-Council was formed to do the stuff the High Council is too lazy to do. Alright, alright... These guys work really hard to keep the Guild running, and their jobs are pretty important.
